Custom supplement boxes and labels
Supplement packaging from one printing house
We are a direct European manufacturer of custom printed supplement boxes and labels, based in Wrocław, Poland. We print supplement boxes to the size of your jar, bottle or sachets – and the labels, banderoles and blister cards for the same product.
One design, one colour scheme, one contact person and one invoice. We have been printing for businesses since 2000 and handle enquiries in English.
Quantities and lead times are agreed in the quote – tell us roughly how many you need and we will price a few options. We work for businesses across Europe and deliver by courier or freight forwarder.
Who it is for
- Supplement brands launching a new product line or refreshing their design
- Supplement and nutrition manufacturers, for their own products or for contract clients
- Sports nutrition brands with protein, vitamins and collagen
- Health and pharma companies whose boxes carry a lot of information
When the box, the jar label and the banderole come from different suppliers, at different times and on different materials, it shows on the shelf: the gold on the box is a different shade from the gold on the label, and navy drifts towards purple. Printing them together avoids that.
Box styles
- Tuck-end boxes – the most common choice for a jar, a bottle of capsules or sachets
- Drawer boxes for sets, sachets and blisters
- Boxes with a card insert that holds a jar or vial in place
- Corrugated mailer and shipping boxes in FEFCO styles, with a printed liner, for sets and online sales
Every box is made to the size of your product. For many common box sizes we already have cutting dies; we check the fit when we quote. If an existing die fits, you do not pay for a new one.
Room for product information
A supplement box carries more than a brand: name, ingredients, directions, dosage, warnings, barcode and often several language versions. We lay the text out so that the front sells and the sides and back stay legible.
If there is too much text for the box, part of it can move to a banderole or to a leaflet inside – then we design them together, in one layout.
Materials
- Solid board for supplement boxes, offset-printed
- Corrugated board with a printed liner for shipping boxes
- Paper or self-adhesive film for labels, and kraft paper for labels and banderoles with a natural look
- FSC-certified paper and board available on request
Finishes
- Gloss or matt lamination, including soft-touch matt
- Spot UV, including raised (3D) UV to highlight a logo or product name
- Gold or silver hot foil stamping
A supplement competes with the product next to it – on a pharmacy shelf and in an online shop photo. A finish on the logo or the product name helps it stand out.

Labels, banderoles and blister cards
- Labels for jars, bottles and tubes, on paper or self-adhesive film – film copes better with moisture
- Printed blister cards and inserts
- Banderoles and sleeves for a box or a set – extra space for information
- Stickers in any shape, for example to mark a new product or a flavour
Printing labels and boxes from the same artwork in one place makes it easier to keep the colours consistent. A change in the formula or a new flavour means one artwork change, applied to every element, and the next product in the line is added to the existing design.

How an order works
- Enquiry: tell us what you pack – the size of the jar, bottle or blister, the number of variants and the approximate quantity. If you also need labels or banderoles, add their sizes.
- Construction and cutting die: we choose the box style and check whether we already have a die for your size.
- Artwork: we prepare the design or check your files. Box and labels go as one set, so colours and texts match from the start.
- Approval: before printing, you receive the design for approval.
- Printing, finishing, die-cutting and gluing. On request we pack the finished elements as agreed.
- Delivery across Europe by courier or freight forwarder.
Lead time depends on the construction, the finishes and the number of elements.
What we need for a quote
Product size, box style if you already know it, number of variants, approximate quantity, finishes and delivery country. If you need labels or banderoles, add their size and material. A photo of the product or of your current packaging helps a lot.
Supplement packaging: questions buyers ask
Do you make supplement boxes to size?
Yes. Every box is designed for the size of your product – jar, bottle, tube, sachets or blister. For many common sizes we already have cutting dies; if your size is unusual, we develop the construction from scratch.
Do you print supplement labels as well as boxes?
Yes – that is what we recommend to supplement brands: the box, the container label, the blister card and the banderole from one printing house, from one design and on one invoice.
Can you design the packaging?
Yes. We can design the box and the label, or check your files and prepare them for print. Before printing, you always receive the design for approval.
Do you make packaging for sports nutrition?
Yes. Protein, vitamins and other sports nutrition products are packed the same way as supplements: printed boxes, container labels and banderoles for sets.
Do you make the jars and bottles?
No. Jars, bottles and tubes are primary packaging that brands buy from their manufacturer. We print everything on and around them: labels, outer boxes, banderoles and blister cards.
Can you print several language versions?
Yes. Several language versions can be printed in one order – tell us how many versions you need. If the text does not fit on the box, part of it can go on a banderole or a leaflet.
Can supplement packaging be simpler, without lamination?
Yes. A box can be left without lamination, and labels and banderoles can be printed on kraft paper.
What does the EU packaging regulation (PPWR) change?
From 12 August 2026, packaging placed on the EU market falls under the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). It raises questions about what the packaging is made of, whether it can be recycled and who signs the declaration of conformity. When you order, we tell you which materials your packaging is made of and agree what sits with the brand and what with the packaging producer.
What quantities do you make?
Tell us roughly how many boxes and labels you need – the unit price falls as the quantity grows.
How do delivery, invoicing and VAT work?
We deliver across Europe by courier or freight forwarder, in parcels or on pallets; shipping is part of the price we quote. We sell to businesses only. Payment is by bank transfer, usually in EUR – against an invoice with a payment term or in advance against a pro forma invoice; we do not take card payments. Companies with a valid EU VAT number in another EU country can be invoiced without Polish VAT (intra-Community supply).
