Cosmetic boxes printed for your brand

We are a direct European manufacturer of custom printed cosmetic boxes, based in Wrocław, Poland. We have been printing for businesses since 2000.

We make boxes for creams, perfumes, oils, hair and nail care products and gift sets. Each box is made to the size of your jar, bottle or tube and printed with your design.

Before the production run we make a sample box, so you can check the print and how your product and insert fit. Samples are printed digitally; the production run is offset-printed.

Quantities and lead times are agreed in the quote – tell us roughly how many you need and we will price a few options. We work for businesses across Europe and deliver by courier or freight forwarder.

Box styles for cosmetics

Any of these can have a card insert, double-sided adhesive tape or a tear strip for easy opening.

Board and materials

  • Solid board and kraft board of 250–350 g/m², offset-printed directly on the board
  • Board dyed through in colour, with a coloured edge and a matt surface without lamination
  • Rigid board 1.5–2 mm wrapped in a printed sheet, for lid-and-base and magnetic boxes
  • Corrugated board laminated with a printed and finished sheet, for mailer and shipping boxes
  • FSC-certified paper and board available on request

Finishes

  • Gloss or matt lamination, including soft-touch
  • Spot UV varnish and raised (3D) UV on a logo or product name
  • Gold or silver hot foil stamping, and cold foil
  • Embossing
  • Die-cut shapes and windows

Soft-touch lamination feels velvety; it costs more than standard lamination and can lift at the folds. Several finishes can be combined on one box.

Inserts that hold the product

A card insert holds the jar or bottle in place, so even a small product sits securely in a larger box that stands out on the shelf. Inserts can be printed and finished like the box itself, and one insert can hold several products of a set.

Retail boxes and shipping boxes

We make both the box your product is sold in and the corrugated box it is shipped in. The shipping box can carry your design too, so the parcel your customer opens matches the product inside.

Labels, leaflets and bags for the same product

For the same product line we also print labels, instruction leaflets and paper bags, so you can ask for the whole set in one enquiry. Printing labels and boxes from the same artwork in one place makes it easier to keep the colours consistent.

What we need for a quote

A photo of the product or of your current box helps a lot. Box sizes are given as length × width × height, measured inside the box.

How an order works

  1. You send an enquiry with the product, size, quantity and delivery country. Artwork can be a print-ready file, a draft or a photo.
  2. We reply in English with a quote.
  3. You pay by bank transfer, usually in EUR – against an invoice with a payment term or in advance against a pro forma invoice.
  4. You approve the artwork proof and the sample box.
  5. Production: printing, finishing, die-cutting and gluing.
  6. Delivery by courier or freight forwarder, in parcels or on pallets.

Cosmetic boxes: questions buyers ask

Can you make cosmetic boxes with foil stamping and embossing?

Yes. We use gold or silver hot foil, cold foil, embossing, spot UV and raised UV. Several finishes can be combined on one box.

Can one supplier make the box, the label and the leaflet?

Yes. We print the box, the label and the leaflet for the same product, from one design and on one invoice.

What quantities do you make?

Tell us roughly how many boxes and how many versions you need – the unit price falls as the quantity grows.

Do you make a sample before production?

Yes. Before the run we make a sample box, printed digitally, so you can check the print, the construction and how your product sits in it.

Do you deliver outside Poland?

Yes. We deliver to businesses across Europe by courier or freight forwarder, in parcels or on pallets. Shipping is part of the price we quote.

What artwork do you need?

A print-ready PDF in CMYK with 2 mm bleed, fonts and logos converted to curves and transparency flattened. If you only have a draft or a photo of your current box, send that – we can prepare the artwork, and you approve a proof before printing.

Do you also make the jars and bottles?

No. Jars, bottles and tubes come from your container supplier. We print everything around them: boxes, inserts, labels and leaflets.

How do invoicing and VAT work for companies in the EU?

We sell to businesses only. Payment is by bank transfer, usually in EUR – against an invoice with a payment term or in advance against a pro forma invoice; we do not take card payments. Companies with a valid EU VAT number in another EU country can be invoiced without Polish VAT (intra-Community supply).

Can you store printed boxes and deliver them in batches?

Yes. On request we store printed boxes and send them out in batches when you call them off. We can also pack the printed elements as agreed.
