How to Order Our Products?

Contact

Contact us via contact form or directly on email address. Let us know all relevant information concerning the product. We will reply as soon as possible presenting our best fitted
offer. We can also send some adequate samples or a prototype. We can also arrange a video call to discuss the product and get to know each other better.

Implementation of the project

If the offer is accepted we issue a proforma invoice and once it is paid
we make a prototype as adequate as possible. We send it and if it is confirmed we start the production. It usually takes 2-4 weeks and we stay in contact through the whole process.

Delivery

We offer and organize delivery via interational couriers and speditors.
So as to calculate the price we need to know the delivery post code. We make sure the products are well and safe packed in parcels and on pallets. Delivery usually takes 4-7 working days.
