We are a direct European, FSC certified manufacturer of mainly small and medium boxes.
We offer design and production of boxes for cosmetics, supplements, medical products like tests, masks, medical accessories, small electronic or mechanical devices, household products, candles, small toys and accessories and many other small and medium size products.
Our boxes can be fully customized in terms of size, shape, construction, printing and refinements. We do also design and make inserts stabilizing products inside the box.
The inserts may also be printed and refined as the box.
We mainly work on cardboard or kraft cardboard of 250-350g as well as on corrugated cardboard.
We make direct offset printing on cardboard or laminate the cardboard with a printed and refined paper.
The most popular box constructions that we make are:
- 2 sides opened box
- Bottom & lid box
- Fefco box
- Drawer box
- Envelope
all of them may have windows, blind or with a highly transparent foil, a double sided self adhesive tape or a peel off strap.
We use the following refinements:
- lamination glossy or matt,
- including softtouch lamination,
- selective uv lacquer,
- gold or silver foil hotstamping, embossing,
- cut patterns, windows, etc.
We do also make customized, adjusted wrappers for the boxes. We do make customized samples before the serial production. So as to receive a fast and adequate calculation please let us know the following required parameters which have the major impact on the price:
- size of the box or the product in mm,
- kind of product to be packed
- type of construction of the box you prefer
- roughly the material you prefer
- colours of printing
- possible refinements and accessories
- number of copies and possible variations
We also print instructions, user manuals and labels.
We may complete all the accessories and pack the products ready to distribute if necessary.
